Flight Essentials For Healthy Travel

1. HYDRATING FACE MIST
Staying hydrated is one of the most important things to do on a plane.  Airplanes make skin super dry by sucking all of the moisture.  A facial mist spray is the perfect way to rehdryate your skin.  On a flight to Asia, the airline I was flying provided a facial mist along with other products in the restrooms.  You never know which airlines will do this, so take a bottom of this Evian facial spray, or even this Rose water along.

2. RXBAR PROTEIN BAR
Other than hydration, one key to staying healthy while traveling on a plane is to eat healthy.  The options in an airport for in-flight snacks are not necessarily the most healthy.  Pick up some of these RXbars.  You literally can read every ingredient in them on the packaging.

3. NIVEA CHAPSTICK
Have you figured out this is mostly a “how to stay moisturized” post?  This really is the number one problem for me when flying.  I never leave my house without my favorite chapstick.  This one is the best!

4. COPPER WATER BOTTLE BY COPPER H20
Hydration starts with drinking tons of water.  The Copper H20 water bottle has tons of heath benefits.  Copper water bottles help balance your body’s pH levels because the water naturally becomes alkaline water.  The copper is also known to be self-sterilizing, helps the digestive system and it doesn’t hurt that this one is super well designed.  Fill it up before you board the plane! The longer the water sits in the bottle, the more alkaline it will become.

5. PINCH PROVISIONS - AIRPLANE MODE
I’m just throwing this Pinch Provisions cute little travel kit into the mix because it’s got a ton of plane essentials that will help your mental and physical health including hand lotion, lip balm, an eye mask, backup headphones, a deodorant towelette and so much more!

6. FACE OR EYE SHEET MASK
Following in the "stay hydrated" theme, one of the best ways to put some moisture back into your skin besides a facial mist, is a face or eye mask. Just throw on a mask for 10 minutes on that long flight.  Don't worry about the stares you may get, it'll be worth saving your skin in the end!  If a full face mask isn't your thing, try out an under the eye mask instead!

7. REFRESHING WIPES
I always travel with a pack of wipes.  I really like these Kleenex wipes because they’re more like thicker towelettes.  Best part is you can find these under a dollar in the travel section at Target.  You never know when the the bathroom runs out of soap.
